B.Arch: 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with the prescribed additional subject/eligibility criteria. NATA is compulsory for students seeking admission to architecture courses as per the institute's admission information.

B.Des – Interior Design: 10+2 from a recognized board with the eligibility prescribed by the affiliating university.

M.Arch – Urban Design: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification as prescribed by the applicable admission authority.

M.Plan: Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Planning or relevant discipline as prescribed by the university/admission authority.
