National Insurance Academy (NIA), Pune is India's premier institute dedicated to education, training, research and consultancy in Insurance, Risk Management, Pension and Allied Financial Services. Established in 1980, the academy was jointly promoted by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, LIC of India, GIC and Public Sector General Insurance Companies.
