Courses

B.Des (Hons.): A 4-year full-time undergraduate design programme combining design fundamentals, studio practice, workshops, projects and industry exposure. At the NCR campus, major areas include Fashion Design & Styling, Fashion Communication, Interior & Furniture Design, Interior Architecture & Design, Communication Design and Animation & Visual Effects.

B.Des – Product Design: A 4-year design programme focused on product development, materials, prototyping, design research and user-centred innovation.

B.Des – Transportation & Mobility Design: A specialised 4-year design programme covering mobility concepts, transportation design, sketching, modelling and future mobility solutions.

B.Des – Interaction Design: A 4-year programme focused on digital experiences, user interfaces, interaction systems and human-centred design.

B.Des – Game Design: A 4-year programme covering game concepts, storytelling, visual development, game environments and interactive experiences.

M.Des: A 2-year postgraduate design programme with areas including Visual Experiential Design, Interior & Architecture Design and Industrial Design.

Ph.D. in Design: A doctoral programme focused on advanced research and academic/professional development in design.

Course Eligibility

B.Des (Hons.): 10+2 pass/appearing from any stream or a 3-year diploma equivalent to 10+2 from a recognised board/institution.

Minimum qualifying marks: 50% aggregate in the last qualifying examination for the general admission route.

M.Des: 10+2+3/4-year degree or 5-year diploma from a recognised institution/university.

Ph.D.: Eligibility depends on the applicable doctoral/research requirements.
