All India Institute of Medical Sciences Deoghar (AIIMS Deoghar) is a premier government medical institute established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY) by the Government of India. The institute was established in 2019 to improve healthcare infrastructure and medical education in Jharkhand and surrounding regions.

AIIMS Deoghar is recognized as an Institute of National Importance and functions under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The institute offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in medicine and allied health sciences.
