Bikaner Technical University (BTU), Bikaner is a State Government Technical University established in 2017 by the Government of Rajasthan. The university was formed to regulate and supervise technical education in the Bikaner region, and it functions mainly as an affiliating university for engineering, management and computer application colleges.

BTU is responsible for curriculum design, examinations, degree awards and academic quality assurance for its affiliated institutions across Rajasthan.
