Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU), Dehradun is a government medical university established in 2014 by the Uttarakhand state government.

The university acts as an affiliating body for all medical, dental, nursing and paramedical colleges in Uttarakhand. It regulates academic activities, examinations and curriculum for affiliated institutions.
