Courses

PGDM: MDI's flagship 2-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management programme focuses on core management education, leadership, analytical thinking, strategic decision-making and industry exposure.

PGDM – Business Analytics: A 2-year programme focused on developing managers capable of applying analytics, data and business intelligence to managerial decision-making.

PGDM – Human Resource Management: A 2-year management programme focused on strategic HR, organisational behaviour, people management, leadership and human capital development.

PGDM – International Business: A specialised programme combining management education with international business exposure. The programme includes an India-Europe dual-degree structure and requires a minimum 4-year bachelor's degree plus relevant work experience.

PGDM – Banking & Financial Services: A 2-year programme focused on banking, financial services and related management skills.

PGDM – Business Management: An 18-month residential executive management programme designed for experienced professionals. The programme is accredited by AMBA and requires a minimum of 3 years of work experience.

PGDM – Business Administration: An executive management programme designed for working professionals in the NCR region.

PGDM – Online: A 2-year AICTE-approved online PGDM programme for learners seeking flexible management education

Course Eligibility

PGDM / PGDM-HRM / PGDM-Business Analytics

Candidates must have:

Minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in Class X

Minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in Class XII

Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration

Minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in Bachelor's Degree

Candidates appearing for their final bachelor's examination can also apply subject to MDI's prescribed completion requirements.

Entrance Exam

For the 2026–28 PGDM admissions, Indian applicants are required to have a valid CAT 2025 score.

PGDM-IB

Applicants require:

Minimum 4-year Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 50% Bachelor's marks

Minimum 1 year of work experience as on 31 January 2026

Candidates with a 3-year bachelor's degree are not eligible for PGDM-IB under the 2026–28 admission criteria.
