NTPC School of Business (NSB) is a premier business school established in 2014 under the NTPC Education and Research Society (NEARS), promoted by NTPC Limited, a Maharatna Public Sector Enterprise of the Government of India. The institute was created to develop future leaders for the energy and infrastructure sectors through specialized management education.

Located in Sector 16A, Noida, NSB offers AICTE-approved postgraduate management programmes with a strong focus on energy management, sustainability, business leadership and executive education. The curriculum combines classroom learning, industry interaction, research projects, internships and corporate engagement with professionals from the energy sector.

The campus features smart classrooms, a digital library, modern IT infrastructure, industry-oriented learning resources and experienced faculty from academia and industry. NSB also organizes seminars, leadership talks, live projects and executive development programmes to prepare students for managerial roles in the energy ecosystem.
