Sikkim Professional University (SPU), Gangtok is a leading private university established under the Sikkim Professional University Act, 2008 by the Government of Sikkim. Formerly known as Vinayaka Missions Sikkim University, it was renamed as Sikkim Professional University in 2020. The university is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and offers multidisciplinary education across Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Nursing, Law, Commerce, Arts, Science and Allied Health Sciences.

SPU provides industry-oriented education through modern laboratories, digital classrooms, research facilities, innovation centres and experienced faculty members. Course Eligibility

B.Tech: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.

MBA: Graduation in any discipline with minimum qualifying marks.

BBA: 10+2 in any stream.

BCA: 10+2 from a recognized board.

MCA: Graduation with Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level.

M.Tech: B.Tech/BE in the relevant discipline.
