HAL Management Academy (HMA), Bengaluru is the Learning & Development Centre of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. Established in 1969, the academy has been a premier institution for aerospace technology, aviation management and executive education for more than five decades.

The academy offers an AICTE-approved two-year full-time residential PGDM programme with specialization in Management and Aviation Management. The curriculum combines classroom learning with factory visits, internships, industry projects, interaction with HAL experts and practical exposure to the aerospace sector.

Located at Doddanekkundi, Marathahalli, Bengaluru, the campus features smart classrooms, computer laboratories, a library, hostel accommodation, sports facilities, an auditorium and modern learning infrastructure. HMA collaborates with premier institutions such as IIMs and IITs for executive education and leadership development.
