Rourkela Institute of Management Studies (RIMS), Rourkela is one of the oldest private management institutes in Odisha. Established in 1984, the institute offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes in Management, Computer Applications and Journalism. It is approved by AICTE, affiliated with BPUT and Sambalpur University, and has NAAC and NBA accreditation for eligible programmes.
